As a physiotherapist, I take a holistic approach to healthcare, always striving for a deep understanding of each patient’s unique needs. My physiotherapy approach emphasizes considering the entire body. I firmly believe that identifying the underlying cause of physical complaints is crucial for effective treatment and recovery. Together, we explore the root of your complaints and work on a strategy to restore balance in your body and stimulate its self-healing capacity.

After several years in general physiotherapy, I have increasingly focused on the relationship between posture, breathing, the nervous system, organs, and muscle and joint complaints. I treat people with headaches, jaw issues, back and pelvic pain, tension-related complaints, or problems following a fall or injury.

My approach is characterized by a calm, patient demeanor and a broad perspective on body and health. This allows me to create a personalized and effective treatment plan with you that truly delivers results! In my treatments, I combine various techniques, including mobilizations, manipulations, dry needling, muscle techniques, advice, and targeted exercises. Together, we look at what your body needs. Your experience and feelings guide the process: I listen, observe, and adapt my treatment accordingly.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature and have a passion for art, movement, and music. I believe in a personal approach and take the time to truly get to know you. This way, we work together on your recovery—with attention and trust.
