Specialisations
In my practice, I treat a wide range of complaints, both acute and chronic. Many people come to me with jaw problems, headaches, neck and back pain, pelvic issues, or digestive complaints.
During treatment, I use a variety of techniques, such as mobilisations and manipulations to improve joint mobility, visceral techniques to create space around the organs and surrounding connective tissue, and dry needling or other muscle techniques to release tension and restore balance.
Pelvic complaints
Do you experience pain or instability in your pelvis, lower back, or hips? Difficulty sitting or standing for extended periods, or a dull ache around your tailbone? The pelvis plays a central role in the body’s movement chain and is connected to the spine, organs, and nervous system...
Gut health problems
Do you suffer from bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, or irregular bowel movements? Digestive complaints can have a significant impact on your daily life. By improving the mobility and circulation of the tissues, your digestion gets more space and your system can settle and restore balance...

These complaints often don’t appear out of nowhere — they can be the result of prolonged tension, a blockage in the movement chain, or reduced flow within the body...
Other physical complaints
Are you dealing with persistent issues like shoulder pain, a sports injury, or overuse from work or training? Or do you notice that your body doesn’t recover as easily as it used to? Pain often doesn’t originate only where you feel it—it can be the result of an imbalance elsewhere in the body...
